[This walk-through uses Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP]
To print this walk-through choose Print on the File menu.
Stage 1
When you go to the Install page you should see something like this.
Click Install Now.
Stage 2
You'll probably get a warning about "The Information Bar" which is the yellow bar at the top of the illustration. Click OK:
Click on the yellow "Information Bar" and choose "Install ActiveX Control":
Click Install:
Stage 3
You should see a progress bar while Shockwave installs:
Choose English and OK:
My guess is you don't want the Yahoo Toolbar! In which case, untick the box and click Next:
The installer needs the browser to be closed so click OK:
You'll probably be asked to select your age:
...and enter your name and email address.
I would also guess you'll want to untick the "receive updates" option:
Your browser should open to a page showing:
That's it!
Postscript: The first time you try The Latin Companion the text may be of poor quality.
Don't be alarmned - just EXIT and try it again (this is a temporary "glitch").
